    Day 1New YorkNew York : We depart for our journey to Greece. Dinner and breakfast are served aboard the flight.
    Day 2ThessalonikiThessaloniki : Transfer to our hotel in Thessaloniki, Greece's second largest city, where St. Paul wrote his letter to the Thessalonians. Explore the city, including the Roman and Byzantine sites, the City walls, Chain Tower and Citadel, Byzantine churches, and the Cave and Well of St. Paul. We also visit the archeological museum with the treasures of Vergina. Dinner and overnight in Thessaloniki. (D)
    Day 3ThessalonikiThessaloniki : Today we visit the beautiful town of Kavala, called Neapolis in the days of St. Paul. From here we continue to the site of ancient Philippi, where Paul drove the evil spirit from a slave girl and baptized the first Christian on European soil. We see the Baptistry of Lydia, the ancient theater and visit the place Paul was imprisoned. Dinner and overnight in Thessaloniki. (B, D)
    Day 4KalambakaKalambaka : We drive to Veria (ancient Berea), to take in the famous Steps of St. Paul. Then we continue to Kalambaka to visit the exquisite monasteries. Perched atop soaring cliffs, these architectural wonders are over 700 years old. The Monasteries with their wooden galleries and corniced rooftops hang precariously over the 1 vistas. (B, D)
    Day 5AthensAthens : After breakfast we depart, through the mountainous Greek countryside arriving in Delphi, once known as the "Navel of the Earth." Here we discover the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo. We see the Treasury of the Athenians and the museum containing such masterpieces of ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer. Continue to Athens for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
    Day 6AthensAthens : This morning we take in the soaring Acropolis, home to the Parthenon, Mars Hill, where Paul preached, the Agora (ancient marketplace) and other of the city's best-known sites. Later depart for Corinth, one of Rome's most important centers along St. Paul's original path, with a brief stop at the Corinth Canal. In Corinth walk the marketplace where St. Paul preached, then visit the Archaeological Museum and Temples. Return to Athens for dinner and overnight at our hotel. (B, D)
    Day 7AthensAthens : Today we have a full day to explore Athens on our own. Consider visiting one of the many museums, stopping in the Plaka to shop or enjoying a coffee in one of the many fine restaurants. (B, D)
    Day 8AthensAthens : Athens Today transfer to the airport for our homebound flights. (B) Optional Cruise Extension Day 8 Aegean Cruise/Mykonos This morning, we embark on our Aegean Islands cruise. Experience the pleasures of shipboard life as we sail the incomparable azure waters. Our first stop is Mykonos, an enchanting town blending island charm with the excitement of a cosmopolitan center. Take in some of the island's cubic white houses, winding narrow streets, 360 churches and chapels and its famous windmills. (B, D)
