Day	Destination	Description
Day 1	Delhi	A guided walk through the narrow lanes of Old Delhi is an excellent introduction to India. Walk through the ancient streets pulsing with energy and colour, wander through the crowded bazaars, see the Jama Masjid Mosque and visit the famous Red Fort built by the Emperor Shah Jahan, creator of the Taj Mahal.
Days 2-3	Agra	Spend the morning exploring the many sights of Delhi including the majestic India Gate and Humayun's tomb, an excellent example of Mughal architecture. Continue on to Agra, home to the Taj Mahal. See the Taj at its best, at sunrise, when the light playing on the marble presents this stunning building in all its majesty and splendour.
Days 4-5	Jaipur	Visit the city of Fatehpur Sikri, built in the 16th century by Emperor Akbar and abandoned only 15 years later due to water shortages. This beautiful ghost town has excellent examples of Persian and Hindu design. In the colourful city of Jaipur, see sights including the Amber Fort and the pink, honeycombed windows of the Palace of the Winds.
Days 6-7	Delhi	Drop in to Samode, a small village as famous for its extreme weather as its ornate havelis and forts. A visit to the Samode Palace and Fort is highly recommended. Then it's time to squeeze in some last minute shopping in Delhi.
